Which border is better?

Not sure which border I like better? Walnut (brown) on the left or Padauk (orange) on the right?? These are Frank LLoyd Wright inspired end grain cutting boards. They are made from Maple, Yellow heart, Padauk and Wenge. Sanded to 320 grit and not finished yet.
